Your privacy is important to us. Cowboy Toys & More is a family owned and operated company. Our own privacy is important to us, and so we do our best to watch out for your privacy too. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website, regulate inventory levels, and select new products to feature on our web site. For example, if most of our customers buy the Radio Flyer Liberty Spring Horse, we will keep more of the Liberty Spring Horses in stock.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Our Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For example, we use Yahoo! merchant services for this web site.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We have seven children of our own, and we always do our best to guide they time the spend online. Futhermore, we have provided a lot of information for children about our products, the Wild West, Poetry, etc. etc., but we do not collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13 without express permission from the child's parent or guardian. Any information we do collect from children under 13 will be with parental permission and will be for the express purpose of sending newsletters and catalogs, which feature Wild West facts, history, poetry, or childrens stores along with updates about our products.
