Returns Policy:

Cowboy Toys & More™ loves a square deal and we take pride in our reputation for good quality toys, games, puzzles, cap guns, and collectables. So if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase within seven days of the date you receive that purchase, we will do our best to promptly process your return.

Whenever possible we process refunds for returns with your original payment type, so if you paid with a credit card, we will try to process the return to your credit card, but in some cases too much time has past (for security reasons we do not keep your credit card number) and will we processor your return as a check.

Returns for reasons of preference, rather than defect, will be assessed a $5 return fee to help mitigate shipping and handling costs. Returns of preference which were shipped via priority mail, express mail, FedEx, or to locations outside of the United States will be subject to a shipping mitigation fee equal to the cost of the original shipping charges.

Cowboy Toys & More™ will provide a prepaid shipping label so that you can easily return your item and cannot be responsible for any additional shipping fees which should you decide not to use the label provided.

Refunds for items returned more than seven days after they are recieved will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

Returns Procedure:

Need to return an item for any reason? No problem. First, please contact us via the Contact Us form at www.cowboy-toys.com/information/contact.html.

Next, we will send you a prepaid US Postal Service label. Tape the label to the box and give it to your regular postal carrier when he brings your regular mail. Once we receive the returned item we will refund your purchase according to the Returns Policy above. In some cases of defect, you will not need to return the item and a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional charge.

Please use the pre-paid label, if you return the purchase by means other than the pre-paid label provided, we cannot be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Put another way, the procedure looks like this.

Step 1: Contact us to request the return.
Step 2: Your pre-paid return label comes in the mail.
Step 3: Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.
Step 4: Cover or remove the original shipping label.
Step 5: Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 6: Give the package to a Postal Carrier or take it to a Post Office.
